What information should be included in the inquiry?
Each inquiry requesting a quote should include the following and as specific as possible, so that we may quote accurately to meet your needs.
- Specs, drawings, and or samples of the products you are planning to inquire.
- Kind and grades of materials to be used.
- Finish of surfaces.
- Annual quantities and shipping quantities of each part.
- Price terms required:
FOB or C&I Taiwan
CFR or CIF (Please indicate the destination of your seaport or airport)
Is there a minimum order quantity of each product?
No, we do not have minimum quantity requirements, but please keep in mind that the less the quantity is, the higher the cost will be.
How long does it take to get a quotation?
It depends on the numbers of parts and necessity of molds and tooling if needed. The average quote time is 2 to 10 days.
What are your lead times of products or delivery?
Normally samples in 30-65 days if the tooling and molds are needed, and production in 45-80 days after sample approval.
What are your payment terms?
Tooling: paid by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer, Wire Transfer)– 50% deposit with order, balance on approval of samples.
Volume order Production: by T/T or an L/C (Letter of Credit).
